iWorks is a paid internship program for youth to help them learn key professional skills and responsibilities. By offering training sessions, incentivizing good work habits, providing a job coach, and offering match saving plans, youth leave their internship better prepared to enter the working world.
iWorks started as a summer internship program, but we have recently expanded to include fall internships and are expecting to offer spring internships soon.
If you are interested in learning more about hiring one of our youth for an internship, please contact Cynthia Coppola at ccoppola@c4p.org. We can work with you to find the right youth for your position, AND we’ll fully cover their pay with the help of the Department of Children and Families.
