Family Centered Treatment Practitioner Responsibilities:

  • Utilize an evidence-based model to engage and facilitate weekly individual/family sessions
  • Provide on-call crisis support for assigned families
  • Provide the services with a variance of days/hours designed to respond to the client/family needs/schedule
  • Caseloads of (4-6) with a minimum of at least 2 multi hour sessions weekly
  • Timely attendance at all team meetings
  • Provide transportation to scheduled appointments, as needed
  • Promptly submit all required reports and documentation

Family Centered Treatment Practitioner Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Services or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Did you know that being a foster parent can be your full-time job? Like regular foster parents, the most important qualifications are room in your heart and home to welcome children in need, but professional foster parents have the capacity for up to 4 youth at a time, often siblings who we would ideally like to keep under one roof when they are removed from their biological home or a previous placement. One adult in the home must be available as a full-time foster parent in order to qualify.

You can earn a tax-free stipend of $1,400+ per week while providing safety, estabilite, and love right in your own home. Professional foster parents also receive:

  • Time to Recharge: 2 weeks of planned paid vacation.
  • Hands-On Support: Up to 20 hours a week of in-home assistance from CFP staff.
  • Expert Team: Daily guidance from a Behaviorist, Case Worker, and Clinician.
