We offer a sliding scale for our nonprofit clients depending upon size and scope of back-office management needs. Bill rate may include fringe benefits, office space, reasonable supplies and printing. Other costs may be additional.

Veteran CFO | CPA | Adjunct Professor
Sandy brings over 45 years of financial leadership, y compris 18 years guiding CFP’s financial strategy. He has managed multiple nonprofit agencies, helping them optimize operations and achieve long-term sustainability. Sandy serves as Treasurer for Spoonfuls, a Massachusetts-based food rescue agency, and teaches nonprofit financial management at Suffolk University.
Credentials: CPA, Accounting degree (Wharton, UPenn), MBA in Healthcare Management (Boston University)
Jeanne Valcourt
vice-président, Human Resources
Joan has over 25 years of human resources management experience at CFP, including seven years as CFP ‘s Vice President of Human Resources. In addition to HR, she has held multifaceted roles within the organization that has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of all areas of non-profit management.
Credentials: Bachelor’s degree(Boston University) Master of Public Administration (Bridgewater State University), Human Resource Management Certificate (Bryant University), SHRM member
Michael Malieswski
Assistant Controller
Mike has over 30 years of experience in accounting, with extensive general ledger experience. He has worked in various industries from private to public, and recently 8 years in non-profit managing the financials for 8 skilled nursing and rehab facilities. He has worked with and implemented various energy resource planning systems, such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and QuickBooks. Throughout Mike’s career, he has created procedures to help expedite the closing process and provide financials to management in a timely manner.
